  5. Rubber Manufacturing

Since the rubber industry is a complex, precise and fast industry, its production automation is very important. The rubber industry is made up of different stages, each with its own challenges and issues. We have our own effective and reliable solutions to these challenges, which we will briefly explain below. Iran Electric Sensor Company with more than a few decades of experience in consulting and supplying automation products and precision instruments required by various industries in the country, including the rubber industry, is proud to cooperate with prominent brands such as …., …., …., And …. in solving the challenges of this industry.

We mainly face the following challenges in the discussion of lattice making machines, which we have briefly explained our solutions:

1. Control of the correct process of feeding raw materials in the devices:

Our photoelectric distance sensors are used to ensure the correct feeding speed of raw materials and by monitoring the rubberization process, notify us in case of problems and we can intervene in time. These sensors take up little space and can be easily integrated in tight spaces.

2. Precise position to adjust the amount of feed required:

Our positioning magnetic systems reliably assemble all tire components in the tire machine without loss, ensuring fast controlled fabrication of tire components. On the other hand, our magnetic encoders can be used to determine the changing positions of feed mechanisms with maximum accuracy.

3. Ensure the movement of cylinder pistons:

Our magnetic field sensors can reliably detect the end positions of the piston in pneumatic cylinders to ensure proper movement of the tire. These sensors check the condition of the piston without contact or wear. This makes them durable enough. In addition, you can mount magnetic field sensors directly in the slot of the cylinder. This ensures that they are kept in a stable position.

4. Adjust material availability on rollers:

Do you want to make sure there is always enough material on the rollers for rubber? Our ultrasonic sensors are ideal for this purpose. Whether the material is rubber, fabric or steel, they measure the exact diameter of the rolls. This ensures that the new ingredients are fed at exactly the right time before the machine is finished.

5. Diagnosing the operating status of the rubber machine:

Smart lights display the operating status of rubber machines in visual detail and even show developments and trends. Smart lights offer a flexible color spectrum that you can define individually in the controller and detect critical machine conditions and material shortages and respond to them in a timely manner to avoid costly breakdown of the tire.

In the rubber industry, in addition to the challenges of its devices, we face challenges to improve the pressure and electric welding of rubber, which we will introduce some of these challenges along with a brief solution:

1. Pressure control:

Our pressure sensors reassure us by controlling the pressure during heating. Our sensors can be installed on the hydraulic board or connected to pneumatic lines. The transmitter display and pressure sensor have current values.

2. Tire detection:

When loading and unloading with the help of gearboxes, it should be checked whether there is rubber in the gearbox or not. You can do this control using ultrasonic sensors. These sensors detect the tire without contact, regardless of color or surface composition.

3. Position control of device arms:

Our magnetic field positioning systems are ideal for monitoring the position of the gearbox arms during loading and unloading. They significantly control the movement of pneumatic cylinders in the grips. This means that you can easily squeeze different dimensions of the rubber, thus providing the next steps for welding.

4. Safe movement:

Limited magnetic sensors ensure our safe and secure movement from pressure closure. These systems have high accuracy and quality with precise repetition, even at high temperatures and strong vibrations.

Another important issue and challenge in the rubber industry is the control of internal processes, which we will address below:

1. Identification of raw material with manual barcode readers:

Before adding to the mixer, its raw materials must be controlled and specified with 100% accuracy. To meet this challenge, we have developed barcodes that are portable and ergonomically designed to help us execute the first input, first output rule well.

2. Reviewing each stage of production and checking the barcode of tires:

Smart cameras ensure that you can vaguely identify any tires at any point in time and for any stage of production, allowing you to confidently check the quality of the product. Smart cameras read barcodes automatically and securely, and it doesn’t matter if they are labeled, printed directly, or lashed.

3. Transparency and tracking of each stage of construction:

A wide range of RFID solutions can be tailored individually to the specific needs of your diverse products. All carrier information is automatically read as the objects passing through the conveyor and is continuously recorded at each stage of production and can be read at any point in time. This increases the quality of all process steps and consequently the rubber produced and minimizes waste. You can also track each tire separately by using synthetic RFID systems when loading on pallets. This will greatly simplify the selection later and make the process transparent.
